Product Packaging Details

Full Size, Medium, Small, Extra Small, and Petite urns will ship in regular cardboard packaging. Heart Keepsakes come with a standard blue velvet display box. Sets of Miniature Keepsakes will be packed in the standard multi-pack (4 or 6) velvet keepsake box. Most Individual Keepsakes come with a velvet bag and a few come with a standard blue velvet keepsake box.

Ordering and Shipping Details

• All prices indicated on this price guide are in US Dollars.
• International orders - please provide your own commercial invoices for dropship orders.
• Most shipments are sent via FedEx or UPS unless otherwise advised. Please contact your Account Manager (888.588.8767) if you have questions about ground shipping transit time to your location. If you need a shipment to arrive on a certain day, please be sure to specify on your order form. Shipments to residential locations will incur additional shipping charges.

Payment Details

Terrybear accepts Visa, MasterCard or Discover card for Credit Card payment. Credit cards must be valid in order for your orders to ship.

Accounts delinquent on payment may be subject to a late fee and interest accrual.

Order Processing Timeframe

• Orders of 8 items or less will ship within one business day.
• Orders of more than 8 items will ship within two business days.
• Large orders may require three or more business days before they ship. If the order is large enough to be shipped via truck, it may take up to five days for processing and we will choose the most affordable shipping option.
• Engraved orders will ship within two business days.
• We will attempt to accommodate same day orders. Rush orders/same day shipping requests must be received by 2:00PM CST/CSDT. A $25 Rush Charge may be applied.

If you need to rush your order or need your order to ship by a certain day, please specify when ordering. Please also specify when the order needs to be received. Choosing an expedited shipping option will incur additional shipping costs.

At-Need Orders

Although we make every effort to ensure that all of our products are in stock at all times, occasionally some products may be backordered. If you have an "at-need" situation, please contact your Account Manager (888-588-8767) to check product availability.

Truck Shipping

Terrybear's goal is to ship your products to you in the most cost-effective way. The best truck carrier possible for your area will be selected to save you shipping costs; for large orders we will choose. The definition of a large order depends on the weight and the number of boxes but typically weighs at least 250 lbs. Residential delivery of these large orders usually requires special handling and a surcharge. For orders requiring truck shipping, please allow up to 5 days for processing, plus shipping time.
