You Must First Call Your Account Manager Prior to Any Returns

Terrybear is not responsible for any returns sent without prior notification to customer service.


  1. Call your Account Manager at (888) 588-8767.
  2. Have your PO/invoice/packing slip number available.
  3. Please have all information regarding the product to be returned such as Item #’s, Description, Quantity/number of boxes, and reason for the return.
  4. Terrybear will issue a credit or replacement for products that are defective, damaged or shipped incorrectly, if claim is made within 30 days.
  5. You are responsible for call tag and restocking fees for products ordered in error.
    1. Products returned within 30 days may be returned with no restocking fee.
    2. Product returned within 30-60 days will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
    3. Products returned within 60-90 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
    4. Products held more than 90 days may not be returned.
    5. Products that have been discontinued may not be returned.
    6. Products that have been engraved may not be returned.
  6. Terrybear will issue a call tag or return label. Please Note - if you choose to return product directly, please let us know and we will provide you with the correct shipping address.

Please note statement on all Terrybear Invoices:
“Claims and Damages must be reported within 30 days of receipt of merchandise”.
